After keeping a food journal and all that jazz for a couple of weeks, folks with 12 years of college--our society calls them doctors--have determined that Kid1 is lactose intolerant.
A little help from the patrons might be nice as far as little "tricks of the trade" for dealing with that. I mean, teenagers like stuff with cheese on it and dairy products seem to find their way into almost every single food.
So, for those that have experience in this arena, a little helpful insight on what you've done to replace stuff like pizza and cereal and queso and all that would be appreciated!
