Kid1 Was On The Local News!

Apparently, it's big news when the President of the United States can address students and tell them to stay in school and work hard. I don't get it.

Anyway, at Kid1's high school today, former Dallas mayor Ron Kirk (who was appointed to a national position by President Obama's) held a Q&A with the juniors & seniors after the president's speech. The local news was there and they interviewed several teens.
